2. Interpretation & Definitions
In these Terms:
-
“Buyer”, “you”, “your” means the person who purchases or agrees to purchase Products from us via the Site.
-
“Products” means the goods made available for sale on the Site (mobility aids, wheelchairs, walking frames, furniture, etc.).
-
“Order” means your request to purchase Products from us, as accepted by us in accordance with these Terms.
-
“Contract” means the contract between you and us for the purchase of Products, formed when we accept your Order under section 3.
3. Orders, Acceptance & Formation of Contract
-
All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel an Order at our discretion (for example, due to unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud).
-
When you place an Order, you will receive an Order confirmation by email. This is not acceptance. Acceptance (and formation of the Contract) occurs when we dispatch the Products to you (or explicitly confirm acceptance).
-
We reserve the right to impose limits on quantities of Products we supply.
4. Prices & Payment
-
Product prices shown on the Site include VAT (where applicable) at the current UK rate, unless stated otherwise.
-
Prices may change, but these changes will not affect Orders already accepted.
-
You must pay by the methods we accept (e.g. credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).
-
In case of any error in the pricing (e.g. a manifest error), we may cancel the Order and refund you any amount you have paid.
5. Delivery, Shipping & Risk
-
We deliver Products to the address you provide.
-
Delivery times stated are estimates only. We do not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
-
Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you on delivery. You should inspect upon delivery and notify us promptly of any damage or missing items.
-
If you fail to accept delivery or provide instructions, we may charge for additional costs of storing or redelivering.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
-
Your cancellation rights: Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Regulations) you may cancel your Order within 14 days after the day you (or a third party you nominate) receive the Products, without giving any reason. You then have another 14 days to return the Products.
-
You bear the direct cost of returning the Products unless we state otherwise.
-
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs for the least expensive standard delivery method, within 14 days of us receiving back the Product (or proof of return).
-
Exceptions: Certain Products may not be eligible for return (e.g. custom or hygiene products) — where so, we will clearly inform you before purchase.
-
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, manuals, accessories, etc.
-
We may reduce your refund to reflect any diminished value for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and working of the Products.
-
We may also refuse returns that do not comply with these Terms.
7. Warranty & Liability
-
12-Month Warranty: New Products are covered by a 12-month warranty (from date of delivery), during which we may repair or replace goods free of charge, subject to fair use and normal wear and tear.
-
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow instructions.
-
Our liability for any claim arising under or in connection with the Contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
-
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profits, loss of business, or loss of data).
-
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence, or (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on the Site with a new “Last updated” date. Changes will not apply retroactively to Orders already placed (unless required by law).
