The majority of our goods are delivered to UK mainland on a next working day tracked service, if ordered before 1pm, for NI, Scottish Highlands and British Isles delivery can be up to three working days. Please do note that some of our larger items are not available for off shore delivery. Additional delivery charges apply to certain locations including but not limited to NI, Scottish Highland's and islands.
In the unlikely event you should want to return an item to us we are pleased to offer all our customers 30 Day No Quibble Refund. With our 30 Day No Quibble Refund you have 30 working days in which to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund, less outgoing shipping costs, these vary depending on item from £9.95 to £14.95, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
Angel Mobility can offer you a collection and return to base service from £14.95 the exact cost will depend on the size dimensions’ of the item returned and the location. We can also offer a 'swap it service' where you can exchange a product for an alternative the cost of this service is from £14.95.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS (a) THE GOODS ARE PACKAGED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ARE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION AND SHOULD NOT BE USED OUTSIDE (b) THE GOODS ARE ACCOMPANIED BY A FULLY COMPLETED RETURNS FORM WHICH MUST BE PLACED IN AN ENVELOPE AND AFFIXED TO ONE OF THE BOXES.
