Shipping policy

The majority of our goods are delivered to UK mainland on a next working day tracked service, if ordered before 1pm, for NI, Scottish Highlands and British Isles delivery can be up to three working days.  Please do note that some of our larger items are not available for off shore delivery. Additional delivery charges apply to certain locations including but not limited to NI, Scottish Highland's and islands.

For example: a manual wheelchair or rollator to be shipped to NI, Scottish Highlands or Isle's will incur additional postage of £14.95.  Larger size items such as rise and recline chairs and mobility scooters are only available for delivery to UK mainland.
